Return Policy

Intuitively designed for witnessing, identification viewings, and private farewells.

  • The customer has 14 days to contact customer service to initiate a return and receive authorization.
  • Merchandise must be in sellable condition and returned in original packaging.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for refunds.
  • A refund will be issued as a credit to the account.
  • Restock fee of 25% will apply to all returns.
  • Starmark reserves the right to not accept returns or issue credit for such products damaged in transit.
  • The customer is responsible for return freight.  Supply items may be returned via UPS or USPS.
    • Customer Service can arrange for the pickup of larger items upon request.
