At Starmark, our goal is to provide reliable, timely delivery with transparent, predictable costs. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how products are shipped, when different delivery methods apply, and what to expect during checkout.


Shipping Methods

  • Factory Direct Shipping

Factory Direct products are shipped using trusted third-party freight carriers. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier availability, and item size.

  • Starmark Local Delivered (White-Glove Service)

Some locations qualify for Starmark Delivered service. Eligible items will show this at checkout. This service includes careful handling and personalized delivery by Starmark’s local team.


Why a 4-Item Minimum for Factory Direct?

Our Factory Direct shipping option is designed to provide dependable delivery at a consistent, predictable cost. To make this possible, orders that include large Factory Direct products (such as containers, caskets, or oversized items) must meet a minimum of four (4) items.

  • When the Minimum Applies

If your order contains one or more large Factory Direct products, you must include at least four qualifying items to check out.

  • When the Minimum Does Not Apply

Orders that contain only smaller items do not require a four-item minimum and can be purchased in any quantity.


How Checkout Works

If your cart contains a large product and does not meet the required minimum, the system will prevent checkout and prompt you to adjust your order.

Once your order meets the minimum, Factory Direct shipping will become available at checkout.

This structure helps us:

  • Ship more efficiently

  • Keep freight costs stable

  • Protect products in transit

  • Maintain consistent service for you and the families you serve

Shipping & Delivery Timing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday during standard business hours.

  • Lead times vary depending on product type and shipping method.

  • You will receive tracking information or delivery confirmation once your order has shipped.


Backorders & Availability

If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires additional production time, you will be notified at or before checkout. Our team will provide an updated estimated delivery window.


Address Accuracy

To ensure timely delivery, please confirm that your billing and shipping addresses are correct at checkout. Orders may be delayed if address details are incomplete or inaccurate.
