Please review your order carefully—cancellations may not be possible once processing begins (subject to Starmark policies).

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase. Such Refund Policy may be subject to change in our discretion from time to time.

All text, images, designs, trademarks, graphics, displays, software, and other materials (collectively the “Content”) is owned by or licensed to Starmark and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Starmark grants its wholesale customers (not retail customers) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website and the Content solely for   commercial purposes. However, video, pictures, photographs and lithographs may only be downloaded, reproduced or distributed to actual or potential retail customers on a “per each time” single use basis. You may not otherwise:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify Content
• Create derivative works
• Download or republish Content without written permission

All rights not granted under these Terms are reserved to Starmark.

Where Starmark above grants a license to use Content, appropriate attribution or credit to Starmark is required and must be maintained. This store is powered by Shopify. However:

• All purchases are made directly with Starmark, not Shopify.
• Shopify is not responsible for sales activity or disputes.

You expressly release Shopify from any claims arising from your purchase or use of Starmark products.

Shopify collects and processes certain information to operate their services. Your use of the site constitutes consent to this data handling. Subject to such Shopify policies, Starmark does not provide or sell any user or customer information to third parties.
